
Matthew Scott, President of Three Rivers Environmental, LLC, commenced his environmental career in 2010, initially specializing in the management and remediation of hazardous waste sites, as well as emergency spill response operations. In 2012, he transitioned into a role as an environmental consultant, where he has since focused on conducting environmental due diligence, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, in accordance with applicable standards. His expertise extends to managing New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Site Remediation Projects, with a particular emphasis on child care center licensing, New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) cases, and the closure of underground storage tanks.
Additionally, Matthew has contributed to the Industrial Hygiene sector, performing asbestos sampling as a certified EPA Asbestos Building Inspector. He currently holds an active EPA Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor license and a New Jersey Subsurface Evaluator License, reflecting his ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in environmental and health safety practices.
